Cuando deseas instalar SQL Server y este instalador no coincide con el formato del sistema operativo aparece el error "This SQL Server setup media does not support the language of the OS, or does not have the SQL SErver English version installation files. Use the matching language-specific SQL Server media, or install both the language specific MUI and change the format and system locales through the regional setting in the control panel"
Para solucionar este error se tiene que ingresar a la ventana Región del sistema operativo y seleccionar la opción Formato, para mi caso seleccione el formato Español (España), luego de esto presionar aceptar e intentar nuevamente la instalación.
Luego de la instalación del Sql Server regresar el formato a su idioma inicial.
